Quite a bit significant, especially in...Christine, <br />Quite a bit significant, especially in this location.<br />The water is fairly scarce and pricey in this location and the soil is practically 100 % sand- super fast draining except when there is a high tide and the water table shifts underground.<br />At a few points during the installation at different times of the year I would dig a hole in the sand and watch the water rise over the course of the day.<br />This house is just a few yards from the beach - nestled on a spit in between the ocean and a lagoon. Not an easy place to plant and a difficult site to grade .
